Concert pianist Sachiko Kato performs at LightSoundSpace, 1591 Irving Street, Rahway, this evening at 7:30 pm.

Sachiko Kato performs will perform Bach’s Goldberg Variations.  The Goldberg Variations, composed in 1742, is one of Bach’s masterpieces, but it is not often performed in concert due to the complexity and length of the work. Kato will open the concert with a work by contemporary Japanese composer Somei Satoh titled Hashi (Bridges) II.

Admission is $25 and seating is limited.  This concert is wheelchair accessible.  Tickets are available online at http://lightsoundspace.com/spring-concertseason.   All are welcome.
