Spring is approaching and athletes will want to learn how to prevent injuries, such as ACL tears, while learning about causes and options for treatment. 

The anterior cruciate ligamanet, or ACL, is one of four major knee ligaments. Critical to knee stability, the ACL can cause major pain and swelling if injured.
