Westfield Man Arrested for Drug Distribution

The following information was obtained from the Westfield Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Kyle Wolf, 20, of Westfield was arrested Wednesday night and charged with distribution of a controlled dangerous substance (C.D.S), according to the Westfield Police Department.

Police were called to the 600 block of Embree Crescent after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle in the area. Upon investigation, Wolf was arrested. He was also charged with resisting arrest, possession of C.D.S. and obstruction of administration of law.

Wolf was transported to Westfield Police headquarters where he was released with a pending court date.

Smart kid - left his Facebook page public so everyone can see how good of a kid he really is. Funny, he lives in Elizabeth now but went to Westfield high.

I stumbled upon this situation while out walking my dog and witnessed this from the corner of Embree and Eaglecroft. The two (joined by a third) officers merely held him down until he could be handcuffed. The officers used incredible restraint and they repeatedly instructed him to "Stop Resisting." There was nothing inappropriate at all from

Hey Matt mop, you sound like one of Kyle's friends. Why not just quote te kid from his own Facebook page to see what happened.

"i got arrested and got in a fight qit three cops tryin to restrain me bec he touched my balls tryin to get my weed and then they stripped search me"

Sounds like the cops were justified to me.

Rusty Cut be a cop lover. Might even be a cop. What you don't seem to realize is that every time the cops arrest a two bit user they cut the pothead a break for info on the potheads dealer supplier. Then they set up a buy and bust. All very simple.

Conspiracy! Westfield pd has an orchestrated an extravagant plan to plant weed on this kid and beat him up too!

Or...the kid had the weed on him, as he himself admitted and clearly bragged about smoking all the time on his fb page.

Which is more likely?

fairly new Patch reader and am appalled at the kinds of comments allowed possibly encouraged(?) on this site In America everyone is innocnent until proven guilty. Yet there seems to be folks like Rusty cut/Slick cut who presume guilt and the then mock others. This isn't journalism, it turns the Patch is linto sleazy sensationalism.

Kids buy drugs in front of our house from time to time, we take license plates numbers and tell them to move it along. Drugs are poison, kill tens of thousands a year, destroy millions of lives, and the root of many problems in our society. Go peddle your poison somewhere else!

What kind of drugs? Weed? Probably.

I knew this kid growing up, and he was a bit sleazy, I'll admit. However, cops shouldn't be focussing on busting small-time pot dealers. It's real drugs, like alcohol, cocaine, heroin, etc. that cause real damage to people and society. Do some research. Westfield has it better than most towns.
