Winter is the season of potholes on town roadways and multiple potholes have sprung up around town.

Two of the largest and on busy streets are in the downtown and near the downtown. A deep pothole on Euclid Street has been in place for several weeks, just in from the intersection of Saint Marks Avenue. The pothole is in the direction headed towards East Broad Street.

A second pothole developed recently on Elmer Street just off of East Broad Street across from the Chase Bank.

Drivers have been seen in both areas swerving to avoid hitting the potholes, which could cause damage to a car if hit the wrong way.
