Westfield resident Vassili Safonov was arrested Tuesday by New York City police after allegedly punching another man in the face at Ground Zero.
A report in the New York Post said Safonov and victim, Christopher Snyder, had gotten off a PATH train at the World Trade Center stop when the altercation occured. Safonov was charged with third degree assault.
