Health in Motion Offers Help to Those in Need

Charge phones or enjoy hot coffee and bagels.

Health in Motion, located at 524 Westfield Ave., is opening its yoga studio and practice to anyone who needs to get warm.

"We have hot apple cider, tea, coffee and bagels," said Caitlin Fitzpatrick, marketing coordinator for Health In Motion, LLC. "They can charge phones, computers, et cetera and also access to the Internet. We will also be accepting donations (clothing, baby products, toiletries) to give to the women that will be donating to Union Beach."

Also, Kim Fong will be taking appointments for acupuncture.

"We would really like to help as this is devastating for us all," Fitzpatrick said. "I am a Jersey Shore native and my friends and family are all in such a terrible situation down there and we want to do our part."

For more information, contact Health in Motion at 908.301.9055, email Caitlin@healthinmotion.biz or visit the studio's Facebook page.
